Returns & Exchanges

At BADINKA, we want you to feel as fierce as you look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like face masks and bodysuits must have their protective seals intact to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
